Welcome to Salty Breeze Cleaning Services LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and cleaning services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Salty Breeze Cleaning Services LLC provides residential cleaning services in Port St Joe, Florida and surrounding Gulf County areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Recurring residential cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Vacation rental turnover cleaning
  • One-time cleaning services

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling

Service appointments can be scheduled by contacting us via phone, email, or through our website. We will confirm all appointments and provide an estimated arrival time.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will not incur any fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the quoted service price.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service price.

Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

3. Access to Your Property

You must ensure that our cleaning team has safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time. This includes:

  • Providing keys, access codes, or other means of entry
  • Ensuring pets are secured or removed from areas to be cleaned
  • Removing any hazardous materials or conditions
  • Informing us of any special instructions or concerns

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
  • For recurring services, payment may be arranged on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Late payments may be subject to a late fee of $25 or 5% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We will return to re-clean the area(s) of concern at no additional charge.
  • Re-cleaning must be scheduled within 48 hours of the original service.

6. Liability and Insurance

Insurance

Salty Breeze Cleaning Services LLC maintains general liability insurance to protect against accidental damage or injury that may occur during service.

Limitations

  • We are not responsible for damage to items of exceptional value (over $500) unless specifically identified and acknowledged in writing prior to service.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, defects, or normal wear and tear.
  • Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.

Valuables

We recommend securing jewelry, cash, important documents, and other valuables before service. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen items.

7. Health and Safety

  • Please inform us of any health concerns that may affect our cleaning team, including infectious illnesses or environmental hazards.
  • We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service in unsafe conditions.
  • We use standard cleaning products unless you request specific products (provided by you) or eco-friendly alternatives.

  • Provide accurate information when submitting forms or requests
  • Not attempt to interfere with the website's operation
